Why A is correct
C.R.S. § 10-16-104(3) lets INDIVIDUAL policies exclude pregnancy as a preexisting condition, but the exclusion does NOT apply to subsequent pregnancies — a later pregnancy must be covered the same as any other sickness. The Colorado Division of Insurance treats repeated application of a one-time preexisting exclusion as a violation.
