Reopen the email we sent right after your purchase — the link stays valid for 365 days and can be used on any device. If the email is gone, email us from the address you purchased with and we'll resend it.
Refund requests
Email us from your purchase address within 14 days and we'll process the refund. Access is revoked once the refund clears.
