Continuing Education (CE)

The Commissioner does not have to be the provider of the courses, and classroom attendance is not mandatory, because approved courses may be offered through self-study, online delivery, or other formats. There is also no requirement that a course be completed within thirty days of enrollment. What controls is the approval status of the course and the successful completion of it by the producer.
